Congratulations to two fantastic local chefs who shined with their culinary creativity and talent during the 1st Chocolate Dessert Competition, which was part of the 5th annual Oregon Chocolate Festival!
On March 7th, after an hour-long deliberation three culinary judges:

The 2009 Oregon Chocolate Festival Chef of the Year title goes to:
